Here is the list of Japanese Sega Saturn games that came packaged in a Medium CD Case. Instead of a 10.4 mm standard CD jewel case, these games came packaged with a thicker jewel case (about 12 mm). These cases allow thicker manual, extra goodies, etc. to be packaged with the game without taking too much space compared to double CD jewel cases.
