Prototype Sega Saturn Mega Drive-Genesis Controller 

From the description: it's really a Sega Mega Drive controller with a Sega Saturn controller port on the end and an added red button - this is meant to act as the left bumper of the Saturn controller, and the "mode" button on the other side acts as the right bumper. This controller was included with early Sega Saturn development kits, and is an official Sega-manufactured controller with a specifically modified PCB (not a hack-job). It's been tested and is working fine on a regular Sega Saturn console.
