Complete and in mint condition. From the description: This is a very rare Japanese Sega Saturn Not for Sale title. It was given to contestants on a certain Japanese TV (TBS) game show, where the contestants would ride a bike in the studio to play the game along the game course, in order to deliver soba. Pretty cool idea, there's info online about the show and the game. There's one course, a basic track editor function, and it's made by Cave. This was never released for sale, only obtained by appearing on the show, so is pretty hard to come by. As for being for sale on a non-Japanese auction site with a 99p start and no reserve, I don't think that happens too often.
